I struggled myself in business from 1983 until 1990 when I discovered the power of knowledge. It was then my business, my quality of life and happiness accelerated to levels I couldn't imagine previously. I wanted to share my experiences with the year and this was the beginning of my journey.

The year 2002 was the first time I trained a business owner to be completely free of stress and worry and to have a high income with all the time in the world, because the business worked completely without the owner even being there. 10 months after meeting the owner, Shane his business operated smoothly with a great general manager while he took a 2 month around the world holiday in the middle of the year. He never went back to work in this business!

I was inspired to refine the systems I developed so others like Shane could achieve the very same outcome. Clients like Rick, Clint, Alison, John and others have achieved very similar outcomes by becoming proud owners of a business that works... without them.

As a former business coach from 1997 to 2007 I realised the industry was declining in results and respect in the market place. The quality of service and results has declined and the market place was crying out for something extremely effective, proven and systemised in delivery.
